Tokyo

Tokyo is one of TORA’s founding offices. It opened in 2004 alongside San Francisco headquarters and Cluj. In 2019 the Tokyo Metropolitan Government appointed TORA as a Qualified Outsourcing Partner for our Portfolio Management System. TORA has been named one of only eight Qualified Outsourcing Providers that are able to provide middle and back office technology to asset management businesses (both Japanese and global) with operations in Japan. The Tokyo office is home to a diverse workforce that spans a range of departments from product development, broker services, professional services, sales, support to and best execution.

San Francisco

TORA opened our global headquarters in San Francisco in 2004 alongside our other regional offices in Tokyo and Cluj. Our Silicon Valley office includes both front-office and support teams such as outsourced trading, legal, finance and HR. TORA’s San Francisco office is a proudly diverse and inclusive team, we have a mixture of different generations, cultures, and expertise. Life at TORA San Francisco encourages us to be autonomous, offers us flexibility in our everyday work, but also drives us to go the extra mile. But it’s not all just work, we also enjoy giving back to the community and regularly take part in rewarding CSR and charitable events.

Hong Kong

TORA’s Hong Kong office was established to meet the growing demand for local support, sales and implementation expertise by its clients in the region and in response to a booming Non-Japan Asia market. Doubling as the regional headquarters for Non-Japan Asia and coordinating efforts with our other offices, TORA is perfectly placed to offer much needed Asian expertise to the trading community.

New York

The 2017 launch of the New York office provided the necessary infrastructure to facilitate TORA’s rapid growth within the US. Establishing additional sales, operations and IT infrastructure allowed TORA to further build on our success by enabling improved access options for US clients, brokers and partners. Our TORA New York office is home to our dedicated domestic sales team, professional services and customer support team as part of our global 24/7 coverage.

Jersey

TORA established our European Headquarters in Jersey, Channel Islands in 2016 in response to the growing demand for our leading trading technology solutions and to expand our European footprint. From the Jersey office, we offer our full range of trading software solutions to European asset managers, hedge funds and brokers. TORA’s Jersey office is predominantly front office focused, and is home to the global Marketing department, European Sales team and our global Professional Services team. 

Singapore

TORA opened our sales and support office in Singapore in 2009 as a natural extension of our worldwide sales and support network which provides trading technology and access to liquidity for buy side firms throughout Asia. Singapore is a major hub for hedge funds trading globally and its dynamic fiscal and regulatory framework makes it the ideal location for firms to operate from.

Sydney

As part of the company’s continued expansion across Asia-Pacific, TORA opened our Sydney office in 2010. The office was established to facilitate customers and prospects on the ground across the region including sales and support for large Asset Managers with superannuation and Hedge Funds.
