  • Robert Dykes

    Chief Executive Officer

    Robert is TORA’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to TORA, Robert spent eleven years in the enterprise software and high-tech industry in Europe, North America, and Asia. Robert has held executive management positions in several start-up and early stage software companies including WebPartner, a software provider of corporate testing applications, and AudioSoft, a software services company providing online music licensing solutions, which was sold to Macrovision Corporation (NASDAQ: MVSN). Robert started his career at Deloitte working in various positions in audit, consulting and mergers & acquisitions groups. Robert holds a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Mathematics from Princeton University.

  • J. Keith Ducker

    Chief Investment Officer

    Keith is TORA’s Chief Investment Officer. Prior to TORA, Keith spent five years at Goldman Sachs as a sales trader where, in addition to his sales trading responsibilities, Keith was instrumental in the initial deployment of Goldman’s RediPlus trading front end for U.S. clients. Prior to Goldman, Keith began his career at Odyssey Ventures, a technology focused research and investment firm in San Francisco. Keith holds a B.A. in Biology from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

  • Paul Catuna

    Chief Finance Officer

    Paul joined TORA in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and is a key member of the executive management team. Prior to joining TORA, Paul spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer of WAGIC, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of consumer products. Before WAGIC, Paul was the senior financial officer of Intertop Corporation, a software company, and Isonics Corporation, a specialty materials company. Paul spent the first nine years of his career in public accounting, last serving as Senior Manager at Deloitte. In total, Paul has over twenty years of financial management experience. Paul holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, is a certified public accountant, and TORA’s Financial and Operations Principal.

  • Chris D. Jenkins

    Managing Director, Sales and Operations, Asia Pacific

    Chris joined TORA in 2006 and currently serves as managing director and head of sales and operations focussing on their software platform encompassing OEMS and Portfolio management systems. He recently launched TORA's first European sales office in Jersey. Prior to joining TORA, Chris worked in Hong Kong at SWIFT, a global banking network co-operative, where he managed the Asian FIX sales team. Before SWIFT, Chris worked for Macgregor, a U.S. based order management system (OMS) provider. At Macgregor, Chris worked in both professional services and sales roles in their London office, and later opened and led the Hong Kong office. Chris started his career as a stockbroker at Midland Bank and then moved to AXA in the asset management group in London. In total, Chris has over twenty years of experience in the financial software industry, twelve of which have been in Asia. In addition, Chris has been instrumental in expanding the use of electronic trading throughout Asia via the FIX protocol organisation where he served as Chairman for Asia Pacific.

  • Gerrit Van Wingerden

    Managing Director, Japan

    Gerrit joined TORA in 2006 and currently serves as Managing Director in Japan. Prior to joining TORA, Gerrit spent managed the development of high volume trading applications and analytical tools for hedge funds and banks. He served as CTO and Development Director for a large Asia-focused hedge fund and managed the technology team for Lehman Brothers’ Japanese proprietary trading desk. Earlier, Gerrit was a member of the original Windows NT development team at Microsoft and served as the technical liaison between Microsoft’s Asian NT development team and the core teams in Redmond, Washington. Gerrit holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and subsequently studied at Keio University.

  • Mihai Losivas

    Mihai Iosivas

    Chief Technology Officer

    Mihai is TORA’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining TORA, Mihai was co-head of technology for Evolution Capital Management where he was in charge of offshore development and low latency automated trading. Mihai was lead developer and CTO for several large hedge funds in Tokyo, Japan, developing leading edge technology in financial information processing before he joined the Evolution team in 2003. Prior to that, he was a developer for the proprietary trading group of Lehman Brothers in Japan. Mihai has twenty years of experience in trading systems and automated trading technology. He holds a B.S. and a M.S degree in Computer Science from The Technical University of Cluj Napoca, Romania.

  • Ovidiu Campean

    Director, Global Head of Product Management

    Ovidiu joined TORA in 2008 and currently serves as Global Head of the Product group and is based in the company’s Tokyo office. He has been involved in designing and building enterprise software platforms spreading across telecom, retail and financial industries for more than 17 years and has proven robust technology and financial products knowledge, building institutional grade trading tools covering both the traditional financial products(equities, equity derivatives, FX, FI) and the digital assets (cryptocurrencies) for the buy- and sell-side. Prior to joining TORA he has managed high volume/ low latency applications for the telecom industry at iQuest Group. Ovidiu holds a BSc Degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Cluj Napoca, Romania.
